Richard A. Killian
Mr. Killian has been a licensed Engineer for over 30 years and has been involved in the Environmental Industry for over 25 years. He served on training staff for Midwest Asbestos Information Center (MAIC) at Moraine Valley Community College and University of Illinois at Chicago. Ongoing consultant for the Chicago Sun-Times, Inc. and Advocate Health Care. Responsible for initial survey, work scope, specifications, testing, project management, and general contracting. Conduct underground storage tank (UST) removals, assessment consulting and Phase I/II environmental site assessments, including indoor air quality studies.

Formerly Corporate Vice President Engineering at Rubloff, Inc.- Realty Management & Development, Chicago, IL. Reported to Director of Operations regarding mechanical operations for over thirty million square feet of high-rise, commercial, shopping center and industrial parks throughout the country.

Anthony F. Fulco
Senior Engineer, graduate in aeronautical engineering of the United States Military Academy, West Point, and former military helicopter pilot. Previously, a Defense Systems Project Engineer for a major U.S. Defense Contractor. He has worked extensively with the United States Army Missile Command and Congressional Staff for weapon system implementation. He heads up our airport projects at O'Hare, Midway, and Joliet Airports.

Currently, Mr. Fulco is responsible for initial work survey and project scope specifications, testing, project management, and general contracting. In addition, he is responsible for the supervision of underground storage tank (UST) removals and installations, assessment consulting and Phase I & II environmental site assessments, including indoor air quality studies.

Richard M. Killian
Engineer, graduate in civil engineering of Southern Illinois University and a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) intern. He is a licensed real estate broker and is a member of the Northern Illinois Commercial Association of Realtors (NICAR), the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member. He is also an environmental instructor at realty board classes.

Mr. Killian has over 10 years experience in the Environmental Industry. Major accounts he has managed for ARC Environmental include O’Hare International Airport, Equity Office Properties Trust, ABN AMRO Properties, and Insignia/ESG Properties. He is licensed with the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) in the areas of asbestos/lead contractor/supervisor, inspector, air sampling professional, project manager and risk assessor. He is also a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE).

Rich has an MBA in real estate from Roosevelt University in Chicago.

Philip G. Pekron
Mr. Pekron is the owner of an established laboratory, Keter Consultants, Inc. and Analyticalab. He assists ARC Environmental Consulting and Engineering, Inc. with overview and direction for testing and evaluation of Indoor Air Quality issues, Industrial Hygiene application with regard to operational and process conditions, and Life Safety situations. Mr. Pekron has been assisting ARC Environmental Consulting and Engineering, Inc. for 8 years as a consultant.

Roman Schlaeger
Roman Schlaeger earned his Bachelor of Architecture degree at Illinois Institute of Technology and did post graduate studies in Hotel Planning & Design at Harvard Graduate School of Design. Upon graduation he joined the international firm of Skidmore, Owings & Merrill where he participated in the design of several high profile structures.

Mr. Schlaeger is a registered architect in the States of Illinois, New York, Wisconsin, Guam, and the Commonwealth of Northern Marianas Islands in the Western Pacific. He has worked with ARC as a consultant and colleague for the past 5 years.

Vahooman Mirkhaef
Mr. Mirkhaef has an established firm, EGSL, and assists ARC Environmental Consulting and Engineering, Inc. with tank and soil analysis. Mr. Mirkhaef has been working with ARC Environmental Consulting and Engineering, Inc. for 8 years as a consultant and a colleague.
